I said... thanks, but NO thanks

The phone, the phone IS ringing...

What, what is your decision about THE JOB?

I said...... thanks, but NO thanks.

AAARRRRGHHHHHHHH!!!! ...the sound of screams reverberating off of the San Gabriel mountains.

It is 9:15am Monday morning.

I believe my recruiter has begun JackO'Clock early.

The whys of my decision to be continued...

  11. "2 roads diverged into a wood..."

No matter which path is taken, there is bound to be some regret.

  15. Whew! When I read that your would-be boss is "a perfectionist" AND "very set in her ways" AND "blunt" ..... then the former assistant with the "bad attitude" ? my thought was, run away, run very far away.

Point #2: I've got 3 kids and a P/T job I find very rewarding, my hand-picked career. Yet, I cannot imagine working F/T. I don't have enough time/energy as it is. I'm not a very organized, efficient person, maybe that's why. Hats off to all those F/T working moms who successfully juggle it all. I don't see myself being happy doing that (or my family). Purely the logistics.
