It's the "here" that I cannot yet see.

It is a time of transition for our family. For my children...a new school. I am incredibly proud of them opening up their hearts and themselves to this change, and being in a very different environment than what they are used to. The school community has welcomed them and I see a shift in maturity and growth that was not there before.

For me...my job has ended and I am in the midst of interviews and applications and hardest of all, keeping faith that this time is meant to be and that I will find my place in the working world again. I am making conscious, deliberate choices - turning down a job that wasn't right, because I need to be excited about going to work, and I need to feel that I am making a difference in the world. I want to believe that I will look back on this time and recognize that the growth and discomfort was necessary to arrive ...here. It's the "here" that I cannot yet see.
