Dinner table conversation...
E: BOY, what was the most fun thing you did at school today?
BOY: Ohhhh, it was GREAT! We juggled light bulbs in movement class.
E: Juggled light bulbs.
BOY: YES! On trampolines. And we bounced higher and higher and higher...
*****
Addendum: This event did not happen. This springs from BOY's amazing and vivid imagination.

*laugh* Hmmmm.... now I'm truly curious to see the 'light bulbs'!!! Ohhhh.... you should have requested the teachers to video 'that' down.... *laugh*
ReplyDeleteand then we ran with scissors...and stuck out tongues in outlets...and played in the cabinet under the sink!
ReplyDeleteBoy does your preschool cater to the five-year-old boy!
You better have a talk with those people!
ReplyDeleteHmmm... clown college preschool?
ReplyDeleteWow. My kids would love HIS school! :o)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds safe.
ReplyDeleteI'll bet they were even CFLs, full of mercury. Super dangerous. :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the imagination.
Sound...um...fun.
ReplyDeleteThat is my favorite question to ask my three year old. I love the answer I get. The best part is he has started asking it back. It really makes you reflect on the day.
Much better answer than the I dunno's and the nothin's you are bound to get later!
ReplyDeleteWell...at least they're not juggling steak knives or chainsaws.
ReplyDeleteAren't they amazing? I love my boy's overdeveloped sense of dramatic, too.
ReplyDeleteHere, BOY, pass me some lightbulbs while I do my one-and-a-half seated twist! I'm with ya, all the way!
ReplyDeleteProbably more fun than what actually happened!
ReplyDeleteHow odd that he thought of lightbulbs.
ReplyDeleteChildren are very funny sometimes.
What an imagination!!! I think you're gonna have a gifted writer on your hands...
ReplyDeleteSounds like he's feeling much better ;)
