There is a requirement for reading this blog post:
It must be read while listening, moving and shaking to the above video. Otherwise...well, you just aren't any fun!
Today I was up with the alarm at 4:30am. No, people, I do not jest. And better yet...I was HAPPY about it. Happy, you ask? Yes, HAPPY. BOY was still asleep. For the 2nd night in a row he slept all night long. 2 nights in a row!! Yes, I was up at 4:30am. And BOY slept until 6:30am!!
Once AGAIN, I was up at 4:30am and if I had possessed tassels with bells, I would have rung them doing the morning titty jiggle. SIDE to SIDE. Now UP and DOWN. Shake those babies! CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES! COME ON! CEL E BRATE GOOD TIMES! COME ON!
Note: this blog post was created with only a smidgen of exaggerated tribulation. 2 nights of sleep in a row will do that for you. Even if you wake up at 4:30am in time for a titty jingle.

Okay, so mine are shaking, too (and I didn't have to do much!), but I still don't understand, my friend...
ReplyDeleteWhy did you wake up at 4:30, on purpose? That is prime sleep time.
Oh, and I'm still celebrating your success! You should be able to hear the jingle from there...
ReplyDeleteCongrats. But 4:30?!
ReplyDeletehaha that sure is Kool!
ReplyDeleteGood on you. My children have always been good sleepers thankfully. If they weren't I would have drugged them!!!
Whooo Hoo! jingle jingle!
ReplyDeleteIn no time you'll be teaching him to drive!
(just kidding - enjoy the time they're young!)
OK. I never get tired of this song. Two nights in a row! That is definately something to celebrate.
ReplyDeleteI'm not asking why the alarm went off at 4:30.
You are too funny.
ReplyDeletePLUS, now I know what to get you for your birthday!
OMG, this was usually our closing song at every dance at college (that or Gloria - The G-L-O-R-I-A version, not Laura Brannigan's). And my daughter just asked me why I was being so silly and dancing with the computer.
ReplyDeleteWow, 2 nights in a row!!!! Actually I was the one up half the night last night, coughing my head off. I forgot to mention the raging sinus infection when I was at the doctor Monday. urgh.
Woot! Break out the chocolate and a glass of wine. There is NOTHING more fufilling than THAT!
ReplyDeleteWOO HOO! Jiggle Jiggle....
ReplyDelete(although I only need to chuckle for that to happen!)
There is NOTHING like the realization of small ones finally sleeping through! (especially with the terrors thing).
I remember the post @ the 4:30 wake up call, but the Earliest I could ever be convinced of would be 6:00. Would you believe my girls (7 & 9) were up Tuesday by 6:00am but everyone let ME sleep until 8:00am (even three year old Snorkie Boy, who slept till 9:00!)
Blessings, EJT
Anytime after 5 would sound so much more civilized. Are you going to bed at 7?
ReplyDeleteYour true Mama gut instinct is getting you that sleep! Hooray!
ReplyDeleteLOL titty jingle!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, you're even weirder WITH sleep! ; )
ReplyDeleteNo, really I love a good titty jingle, who doesn't?
I'm dancing to your success!
ReplyDelete2 Nights! HOORAH! This calls for jigglin' candy pasties!
ReplyDelete4:30 huh? I just can't imagine! I don't have much to jiggle, but I did wiggle my butt!
